WHAT: Meriwest Credit Union, for the second year in a row, will be managing the phone bank in the KFRC Children’s Hospital and Research Center Oakland’s Third Annual Radiothon on March 4. Each year KFRC dedicates three full days to reaching out across the Bay Area and sharing the heartwarming, sometimes heartbreaking, stories of the kids and families whose lives are forever changed by the quality care they receive at Children’s Hospital and Research Center Oakland.

WHY: “We look forward to managing the phone bank at the radiothon this year and are proud we are part of the community efforts to keep the Children’s Hospital going. The hospital has been a huge support to Bay Area families and beyond and we are glad we can help make a difference in the lives of children,” said Julie Kirsch, Chief Operating Officer of Meriwest Credit Union.
