In his new position, Mr. Onzo will be responsible for leading the creation of programs designed to provide better sales and service experiences for Meriwest's members. He will also assist in training Retail Delivery team members, and work closely with the marketing team to develop promotions and campaigns.

"Meriwest's Retail Delivery team will benefit from Greggory's extensive experience in sales, banking and real estate," said Barry Roach, Vice President, Retail Delivery. "With our continuing efforts to provide effective solutions for our members' financial needs, we're very excited to have him collaborate with the Retail Delivery team to plan and manage our sales and service programs."

Mr. Onzo has 15 years of financial industry sales and service experience. From 2001-2006, he served in various capacities at Meriwest, most recently as a loan consultant for Meriwest Mortgage. He also served two years as Manager of Meriwest's San Mateo Financial Center, and one year as a member of the credit union's Business Development team. Prior to joining Meriwest, Mr. Onzo spent nine years at Wells Fargo Bank, where he served as a Personal Banking Officer, Assistant Branch Manager, and Sales Manager, among other roles.

In addition, Mr. Onzo sits on the Board of Directors of Wildlife Rescue, Inc., a non-profit organization based in Palo Alto, California.
