Change in Online Banking Login

Member numbers may no longer be used as Login IDs.

For enhanced security in Online Banking, members using their member number as their Login ID will be required to change it by October 24th (extended).

You can change your Login ID now by selecting ‘Account Management’ in Online Banking. Here are the steps:

  1. Login through the Online Banking Login Page or the Meriwest Homepage.
  2. Click on ‘Account Management’ in the column on the left
  3. Click on ’Change Login ID’ in the Services Menu
  4. Enter your new Login ID and click ‘Update’
  5. Complete the Identity Verification steps via the confirmation code sent by text, phone or by answering a series of identity questions.  

Note: Trust Accounts use the Date of the Trust for the Birth Date. Also, Trust Accounts must have up-to-date contact information in order complete this process.  If your information is not current contact us at 877-637-4937.

If you forget your Login ID, or simply want to reset it through the Online Banking Login Page, you can click on the “Forgot/Reset Login ID” link located in the Online Banking Login box, or on the Meriwest Homepage. You will then need to follow the Identity Verification steps (#5 above).

Mobile App users will need to change their Login IDs through Online Banking. You cannot reset your Login ID within the Meriwest Mobile App. After changing your Login ID be sure to delete the old Login ID from your Mobile App and use your new Login ID to access your account.

Please note: Members can only delay updating their Login ID once after October 24th. After that, the change will be required to successfully login.
