Important update regarding the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19)

At Meriwest. the health and well-being of our members and employees is our number one priority. We understand that this is a time of great uncertainty and concern regarding the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19). The situation is evolving and we are regularly monitoring information from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention in order to take the appropriate steps to operate as safely and effectively as possible while still providing service to you.
We strongly encourage those of you who use our Retail Financial Centers to instead use Meriwest’s digital tools and other services for self-service banking. You can access your accounts online or by using our mobile banking app or you can call us at (877) 637-4937 for assistance. If you haven’t enrolled in online access, it only takes a minute!
We also understand that there may be instances where our members find themselves facing financial hardship and we have established an emergency loan program for members in need. Meriwest is here for you, and we encourage you to reach out to discuss how we might be of assistance.
So this is our commitment to you: For now, our Financial Centers remain open. Our staff is taking all the appropriate caution to keep you, and them, as safe as possible. While we like you, we won’t be shaking your hand. We are taking diligent precautions to keep all work areas clean and disinfected. All Meriwest employees traveling from outside the United States will be under a mandatory quarantine for fourteen days prior to returning to Meriwest.
Should there be any changes to branch access, including closures, updates will be posted on this page. If you need to use a branch and have no access to Meriwest you can visit one of our Shared Branches.
