Meriwest Credit Union Celebrates Grand Re-Opening of Flagship Financial Center in San Jose
After undergoing extensive remodeling, Meriwest Credit Union’s flagship financial center, located on Chesbro Avenue in San Jose, was recently unveiled to the public. The grand re-opening and ribbon cutting was led by Meriwest CEO and President Julie Kirsch, District 10 Councilmember Johnny Khamis, SVO President Matt Mahood and San Jose Sharks Foundation President Doug Bentz along with Meriwest’s executive team and the board of directors.
“We are excited to welcome our members, their families and friends to our new space which was designed to improve the member experience with an open layout and comfortable meeting spaces”, said Tony Cortez, SVP and Chief Experience Officer of Meriwest. Updated with the latest in branch technology, the financial center remains a friendly space with complimentary Peet’s coffee, a cyber café, and a coin machine free to members. Our three deposit-taking ATM machines are available 24-hours a day.
Meriwest has 12 financial centers in the Bay Area and as part of the co-op network, our members have access to a nationwide network of shared branches and over 30,000 surcharge-free ATMs. The Chesbro financial center is open 9am to 5pm Monday-Thursday, 9am-6pm on Friday and 9am-1pm on Saturday.
