We upgraded our Online Banking and Mobile App on February 6th, 2023 and our money transfer features have new names. Below is a guide to the new transfers names and terminology.

In Online Banking Go to Transfers > Send Money > External Account
- External Accounts > Add
- Add the External Account information and click "Save"
- These type of transfers can be made from an external account to your Meriwest account or from your Meriwest account to an external account. Members must be on both accounts, to complete a transfer. This transfer is processed via ACH (the primary system that financial institutions use for electronic funds transfer) and will require trial deposits during the setup process for initial verification of your account. Cut off time is 2:30 EST.
In Online Banking Go to Transfer > Send Money > Add Person
- On the right select Add Person > Add
- Add Person's Information and click "Save"
- Person-to-person transfers allow you to send money online to another person in the United States using your Debit Card or Account Number. International transfers are not supported. Recipient receives a security question to answer and accept the funds. Recipient has 5 days to accept. Cut off time 4:00 EST.
