Homebuyer Empowerment Loan Program (HELP)
Meriwest Mortgage has partnered with the Housing Trust of Silicon Valley to offer a down payment assistance program. This new partnership allows Meriwest Mortgage to help first time home buyers purchase a primary residence in Santa Clara County, Menlo Park and East Palo Alto. HELP provides a down payment up to 10% of the purchase price. The maximum purchase price is $800,000. This program has income eligibility guidelines based on gross annual household income. Through our Real Estate Services Program, members can ease the burden of moving by receiving a cash rebate of up to $5,000 when buying or selling a home. We also offer matching grants to qualifying first-time home buyers in partnership with the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco. Can I apply for workout assistance on all my loans If I have more than one?
Yes, we will review each workout request independently and a decision will be determined depending on loan factors.
