You are eligible to join Meriwest Credit Union if any of the following applies

  • You live, work, worship, or attend school in Alameda, Contra Costa, San Francisco, San Mateo and Santa Clara counties of Northern California, and Pima county of Arizona.
  • You are an employee of a participating Meriwest Credit Union member company.
  • You are a relative of or reside with a current member of Meriwest Credit Union.

1: APR is Annual Percentage Rate. 5.39% APR is effective for 18 months starting from the line open date and applies to most new, approved, and refinanced home equity lines of credit opened after 9/30/2022. Some exceptions may apply. At the end of the introductory rate period the APR becomes a variable rate. The rate, terms and conditions as stated in members’ Home Equity agreement will apply. The Interest Rate will never be greater than 18%. Must meet eligibility criteria. Offer of credit is subject to credit approval. Contact the credit union for details. Meriwest home equity lines of credit are offered only in the states of California, Arizona, Washington, Oregon and Nevada. Deferred origination fees range from $300 to $2,100.
