What is Meriwest Text Pay? 

We've partnered with Repay to offer Text Pay services.  Now you can easily pay your loan(s) immediately anytime, anywhere through SMS text messaging using a saved payment method.

  • Saved payment methods can be Debit Cards or ACH
  • Choose from English or Spanish language preferences
  • Receive Automatic payment reminders to help eliminate missed payments
  • Opt-in or opt-out of receiving text at any time
  • Avoid long hold times and get easy access right from your phone

 

 

How it Works and Tips to Stay Safe!

  • 1. Registration

    1. If you are interested in the Text Pay service, a registration link will be provided to you by Meriwest that will direct you to the Meriwest Repay Online Payment Portal page.    
    2. Click "Create Login" and complete the required fields and click save.  This generates a welcome email that will be sent to you. From the welcome email, click "Set Password".
    3. Create your account password and click "Save Password".

    4. You will be directed back to the Online Payment Portal Login page. Click "Customer Login" to access your account, and setup your desired payment methods for Text Pay.  You can also make payments directly from the Online Payment Portal page.

      IMPORTANT: 
      The trusted domain for the Online Payment Portal is: "https://meriwest.repay.io"

  • 2. Opt-In to Receive Text Messages

    1. After registration you will receive an Opt-In Text message from 1-833-488-0371. Save this number in you contact list for making future payments and for identifying payment reminders.

    2. Reply "Start" to opt-in for text messaging.

      IMPORTANT: 
      If you did not sign up for this service or received an unsolicited opt-in text, always be cautious and contact Meriwest directly to verify its authenticity. Scammers can send unsolicited text messages impersonating financial institutions from spoofed phone numbers to get your personal information and fraudulently access your funds. Learn more

  • 3. How to Text Pay

    1. Reply "Pay" to initiate payment to your Meriwest Loan.  You will receive a text message confirming what loan you would like to pay (identified by account number).
    2. Confirm the account to authorize payment by following the instructions provide in the text message.

    3. You'll receive a confirmation message when the transaction is successful!

      IMPORTANT:  
      If you do not recognize the account number associated with your loan be cautious and call us directly to verify. 

  • 4. Accessing the Menu and Updating Payment Methods

    1. Text "0" at any time to access the Prompt Menu options.

    2. When updating payment methods, follow the instructions in the text.  You will be asked to click a link to update your payment method. You will be directed to the Meriwest Repay Online Payment Portal page for updating your information.  Login and update your preferences as needed.

  • 5. 24/7 Support

    1. Text "Chat" at any time to connect with a live support representative.
