About Me

With over 25 years in banking and business development, AJ Elias brings a rare blend of experience, energy, and genuine care to every relationship he builds. As a senior leader in the credit union space, AJ has spent his career helping individuals, businesses, and institutions grow through thoughtful financial strategies, strong partnerships, and a deep understanding of the market. His strength lies in connecting people to opportunity and turning conversations into meaningful, long-term value.

Beyond his professional role, AJ is deeply engaged in the community. He actively partners with trade organizations, supports nonprofit initiatives, and collaborates with universities to mentor the next generation of leaders. Whether he is speaking, teaching, or building bridges across industries, his focus remains the same, to uplift others and make a lasting impact.

Outside of work, AJ enjoys spending time with his family, staying active in the community, and continuing his passion for learning, mentoring, and giving back. He brings the same enthusiasm and heart to his personal life as he does to his profession, always looking for ways to serve, connect, and add value.
