People Usually Ask:

  • What is the maximum amount I can withdraw from an ATM in one day?

You can withdraw up to $500.00 cash daily, however, higher limits may apply based on account relationship.

  • How do I order a new debit card?

Contact us at 1-877-MERIWEST or (408) 363-3200 or visit one of our branch locations to order a new debit card.

  • Can I order checks from any company or does it have to be through your vendor?

Yes, you can order checks from another vendor. However, we do suggest you order through our trusted partnership with Deluxe.

To order from Deluxe, choose an option below:

Note: For security reasons, Deluxe has restricted this service to orders that do not have any name or address changes. Also, you must provide the next starting check number, which can be found on your check reorder form. If you have a name or address changes or you do not know the starting check number for your reorder, please mail or bring your check order into any Meriwest Financial Center and we will process it for you.

  • What happens if I deposit a check and it bounces?

If you write a check and do not have enough money in your account by the time the check clears, the check will be returned to the payee (i.e. “bounce”). We will access a Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) fee in these instances. To avoid Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) charges, MyLine automatically links to your checking account for flexible overdraft protection a line of credit ranges from $500 to $5,000*.

All fees are subject to change. Find a list of current fees and service charges on the fee schedule.
