I am a 20+ year mortgage industry professional with a 15-year specialization in Tenancy-in-Common financing in California. I enjoy educating mortgage customers on the benefits and details of TIC financing as this means of homeownership grows across California

  • Over the last 4 years, I have been engaged in the growth of the Los Angeles TIC market and have seen it help introduce affordable housing options across the Los Angeles market.
  • Prior to joining Meriwest Credit Union, I was an Assistant VP / Regional Sales Manager for Sterling Bank & Trust for 15 years.
  • Prior to working for Sterling, I worked for Countrywide Financial, Waterfield Financial, and several mortgage Brokerages in Fort Collins, CO, where I initially served as a Mortgage Consultant in 2002.
